Montes Syrah Rose Cherub

This wine is a very elegant and subtle crystalline pink in color. Blending two varieties results in greater complexity on the nose and palate. The Syrah delivers a very intense and fruity nose with aromas of fresh red fruits, and the Grenache contributes a very fresh palate with a smooth and pleasing finish.

Highly recommended to pair with sushi, salmon with mushroom sauce, paella, pasta with shrimp salad, cannelloni, and lasagna.

Raspberry and plum aromas are mildly yeasty but clean. This rosé of Syrah feels medium to full in body, with some oiliness to the palate. Mild, generic plum, raspberry and cherry flavors finish with energy.
