Aromatic nose with outstanding aromas of ripe black fruits such as blackberries and figs. Aromas of crème de cassis meld with mild notes of leather and dark chocolate, which are very characteristic of Syrah from Colchagua. The palate is well balanced with rich acidity, incredibly smooth tannins, tremendous structure, and generous volume.
Pair with red meat, charcuterie and cheese.
Blend: 90% Syrah, 7% Cabernet Sauvignon and 3% Viognier.
A juicy and delicious red with sweet tobacco, berries and hints of cedar. Black olives, too. Pops out. Medium-to full-bodied, tight and polished with a beautiful center palate and a yummy finish. The texture and flavor is so attractive. Essence. Touch of co-fermented viogner.
