They Shipped Me The Wrong Wine
The jury is still out. Wine Chateau shipped me an inferior and cheaper wine then what I had ordered. When I called customer service I was told they were out of stock. Customer service sent me a return label. They left me hanging on if I was going to get a refund for the purchase or the correct wine. After multiple contacts, a manager finally called me. I was told the wine I had ordered would be shipped to me soon. That Wine Chateau would buy a case of the correct wine. I have shipped the wrong product back to them already. So it has been three weeks now. They have my money. I am going to wait to see if they come through with the correct wine before disputing the charge to my credit card company.
