Montes Pinot Noir Alpha 2015

This Pinot Noir is an intense and lively ruby red in color. The nose presents aromas of red fruits such as ripe cherries and raspberriesas well as white pepper and floral notes such as violets. The palate reveals a medium-bodied wine with silky-smooth tannins andfresh, vibrant acidity accompanied by very well-integrated French oak, which lends complexity to the flavors and sustains the fruit.The finish is long and perfumed, delivering elegance, smoothness, and pronounced varietal characteristics.

The Montes Alpha Pinot Noir has a beautiful and delicate ruby red color. Intense and elegant nose with predominance of strawberries and flowery hints that all together makes this Pinot Noir a very lively, harmonious and generous wine. In the palate is clean, well balanced, with soft rounded tannins and a good level of acidity. The wine is lengthy in the mouth showing a well integrated and balanced oak. Due to the very intense microbiologic control this wine is very lightly filtered, what makes the aromas and color very expressive of Pinot Noir.

The 2015 vintage of our Montes Alpha Pinot Noir presents an impressive bright and vibrant ruby-red color. The aromas are highly complex and elegant with a predominance of fresh blue and red berries as well as blackcurrant, licorice, and violets over a backdrop
that recalls the forest after a spring rain. Its time in the barrel lends subtle tobacco and vanilla notes plus a clear echo of caramel in perfect harmony with the fruit. The palate is balanced and smooth with medium volume and sensational length, which further accentuates its fruity and floral aromas.
