Monte Tondo Soave Classico 2018

Brilliant water like colour with greenish tinged edges. Aromas of fresh pears, limes and herb infusions are followed by a hint of spicy green apple and wet slate notes. Mouth watering lime and spicy green apple flavours gently infused with fresh herbs sit over a slatey mineral back drop. Dry, crisp finish showing excellent intensity on the lingering aftertaste. 

Great soave from a warm vintage. Slightly more exotic tones than in cooler years but nevertheless excellent wine and very versatile with various pasta and risotto dishes.
