Alfonso Arpino of Monte di Grazia presents his "Bianco" obtained from grapes from his own vineyards, scattered throughout the Tramonti area: pepella, biancatenera and broom. About two thousand bottles are produced each year with a traditional winemaking technique.

Fermentation takes place in steel, with indigenous yeasts and aging for about six months in steel and finally in the bottle.
