70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot, 10% Malbec. The culmination of the idea of aging its wines before they are released, this one spent three years in casks before this three-varietal blend (70% cabernet sauvignon) was aged in tanks for another six years, followed by no less than 11 years in the bottle before going to market.

This is a wine full of subtleties, earthy aromas and notes of coffee, spices, and nuts. The palate has consumed all of its astringency, the tannins are now silky, and the acidity is friendly. The wine literally glides across the palate. - Descorchados
