Pungent aromas consist mostly of wood and reduction so be sure to decant this if you’re going to try a bottle young. The succulent, round and almost painfully intense medium weight flavors brim with minerality on the markedly dry but not really austere finale that is sneaky long.
Pale straw. Oak, citrus (lemon, grapefruit). Dry, tart, minerals (chalk). Medium body, medium-high acid, crisp, short finish. Lacks fruit.oak grapefruit citrus butter lemon meyer lemon yellow apple peach minerals.
