

Monogram Franciacorta Brut Blanc de Blancs |
Franciacorta DOCG Blanc de Blancs Cuvee Brut Monogram is produced with 80% of Chardonnay grapes and 20% of Pinot Blanc grown in the Calino vineyards, in the real heart of Franciacorta. After being selected and harvested towards the end of August, the grapes are softly pressed and fermented partly in steel and partly in wooden barriques. Then the second fermentation is made by refermentation in the bottle according to the Classic Method and the wine left to mature in the bottle for 24 months in contact with the yeasts before it can be marketed.
A full and smooth Franciacorta with an aroma of exotic, fresh and sapid fruit. It is aged for a minimum of 24 months on the yeasts. Pairing: crustaceans, fish-based main dishes, main dishes featuring white meats.
