DESCRIPTION
"Feinherb" has a few translations, from "harmoniously dry" to "finely tart," which both mean it's dry-ish with a cushion of slight sweetness to avoid puckering like a Sour Patch kid; sugar balances the naturally high amount of acid in the Riesling grape.
A slightly sweet Riesling also means less sugar was fermented to alcohol, so this bottling is a mild 11% ABV.
