A dry white wine. Exotic and playful, a very typical expression of the variety as fresh, light, and fruity! Vinification at low temperatures helps to protect all the typical but sensitive aromas of Moschofilero. As a result, "White in Gray" is an intensely aromatic wine that balances the aromas of evening primrose, rose, and citrus.
Its excellent aroma, balanced taste, and slightly acidic aftertaste make it a wine that you can enjoy as an aperitif as well as an accompaniment to meals such as pasta with basil, chicken ala crème, grilled shrimp, and pies.
