Deep cherry-red hue, with touches of violet over a deep, ruby background. The rich red-berry aromas are complemented by notes of cool fresh pepper and hints of dark chocolate.

The perfect match for richly-flavoured meats, roast vegetables and mature cheeses. Also great with traditional Spanish fare, such as pata negra cured serrano ham or spicy chorizo sausage. The wine is ready to drink now and is best enjoyed within 2 years. Serve at room temperature with fine food and good friends.
