Mariotti's white sparkler can be thought of as something like a white Lambrusco, given that it's from the Italian region that produces that famous red sparkling. It's made of two local white varieties, Trebbiano Romagnolo and Malvasia di Candia, and it results in a savory, beachy, dry white wine, with a foamy style of bubble.
