Mirassou Winery Cabernet Sauvignon 2015

Our Mirassou California Cabernet Sauvignon is fruit forward, displaying deep rich blackberry and black currant flavors, with hints of toasted oak and brown spice. This full-bodied wine has a plush mouthfeel, finishing softly with a hint of vanilla. 

For this wine, we selected Cabernet grapes from California’s celebrated regions. The cooler temperatures of the North Coast and Central Coast create a longer growing season, giving the grapes more time to develop deep, expressive flavors.
