This blend of Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Zinfandel, Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Noir is one of my favorite values from the Hudson Valley. With its rich, spicy aromas of blackberry, dark cherry and dried tobacco and layers of flavors.
A dynamic blend give this wine dark fruit aromas of blackberries and plums. The flavor is rich and characterized with soft flavors of elderberry and boysenberry with hints of smoke and spice.

SENSORY EVALUATION: A beautifully hued wine with jammy blackberries and plum on the nose. Its mouthfeel is medium-weight and soft revealing more intense flavors of black raspberry and gooseberry.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Roast pork loin, beef kabobs, grilled rustic pizza.
