This wine a brilliant balanced acidity and a refreshingly clean finish. One panelist described the wine as “Buttery with notes of honey suckle and green apples accompanied with great minerality and mouth feel.
Rich aromas of chamomile, peach and pineapple carry to the weighty, unctuous palate. For all that weight, there's a taut texture and bright acidity to lift it all up, making this a well-balanced, creamy white.
