Mill Creek Vineyards Dry Creek Cabernet Sauvignon 2019

This Cabernet Sauvignon has a beautiful deep color, with aromas of ripe dark berry, cedar, and clove. The flavors will follow the bouquet, offering hints of currant on the palate. The tannins and spice from barrel aging led to finish of sweet and savory long pepper along the mid.

The wine is delicious but will show elegantly as its ages for several more years.  This cabernet will enhance any nice grilled steak, rack of lamb, or pepper crusted Ahi.
