Michele Chiarlo Barbera d'Asti Superiore le Orme 2015 |
Barbera d'Asti and Michele Chiarlo: a winning combination, as evidenced by the various labels with which the company delights in declining this great Piedmontese grape. Among the different expressions produced, "Le Orme" DOCG is characterized by being the most jovial and ridiculous, perfect to be uncorked in any kind of context. The wine, after a medium fermentation, refines both in wood and in steel, and then stops in the bottle, for a total period of maturation of about 16 months. A truly drinkable nectar, which among its many qualities also has to be characterized by the excellent quality-price ratio.
