IT'S ALL IN THE DETAILS

Barbera d'Asti and Michele Chiarlo: a winning combination, as evidenced by the various labels with which the company delights in declining this great Piedmontese grape. Among the different expressions produced, "Le Orme" DOCG is characterized by being the most jovial and ridiculous, perfect to be uncorked in any kind of context. The wine, after a medium fermentation, refines both in wood and in steel, and then stops in the bottle, for a total period of maturation of about 16 months. A truly drinkable nectar, which among its many qualities also has to be characterized by the excellent quality-price ratio.

TASTING NOTES
In the glass has a ruby red color, with shades tending to purple. The nose reveals mainly fruity hints, where cherry and raspberry open to light mineral and spicy nuances. In the mouth it is smooth, drinkable, characterized by a very inviting savory taste.

PAIRINGS
Perfect for any meal, it has an innate gastronomic vocation that makes it easily combinable with different dishes. Delicious with its ground-based cuisine and medium-aged cheeses, it should be tried with the Piedmontese mixed fry.

COLOUR:Ruby red with hues of violet
NOSE:Elegant and intense, with notes of fresh mature red fruit, such as cherry and currant

TASTE:Harmonious, with good structure and roundness, beautiful savoury finish

SERVING TEMPERATURE:18 C°

ACCOMPANIES:Pasta with tomato, pizza, Livorno style fish, white meat
