Michel Torino Malbec Cuma Organic 2018

A soft and fruity malbec under a label that means pure and clean in the ancient language of Argentine's Aymara people. A mouthful of plums and prunes, raisins and rosemary that flows effortlessly across the palate and finishes with a gentle, spicy flourish.

The Cuma Malbec showcases a nose of fresh raspberry and blackberry followed by a juicy palate of dark fruit, spice, ripe acidity and a soft finish. Cuma is produced to be drunk young, therefore little oak is used in the winery; instead the wines are aged at cool temperatures in stainless steel tanks in an effort to showcase their natural complexity and deep fruit flavors.
