Each year, we bottle only a limited production, assuring the finest premium spirit in each bottle.Our Mezcal is handcrafted by individual, family producers, who harvest wild agaves following sustainable practices. Its quality complies with the highest international standards and has been certified organic by CCOF / USDA.At Mezcales de Leyenda we have selected a representative mezcal of each one of the states in Mexico that currently has a Denomination of Origin.We only market silver mezcals, 100% agave, offering our customers the opportunity to taste the natural properties of each agave, their true, authentic flavor & texture.It presents notes of orange peel, celery, olive brine, coconut peel, roast pepper and green plantain.(80º) Producer Jose M. Cienfuegos fermented the Papalote (Cupreata) agave with natural yeasts.
