Meyer-Fonne Riesling Wineck-Schlossberg 2014

Made from vines benefiting from a South exposure, it offers concentrated flavours of ripe yellow fruit, toast, almonds, honey... and much more. All of this surrounded by a solid acidity and a structured backbone, bringing a fresh and complex character to the wine. Believe us, you might even regret not getting more of this one!

The vineyards are planted on granitic soils, directly exposed to the South. Harvested when very mature, with a slight amount of noble rot developing. The nose is intense and presents lovely fruity notes - peach, apricot, lemon- with a stealy mineral edge. Full and rich, rigourously balanced by a racy and mineral acidity. Very fine and elegant wine. Will age beautifully, if given a chance.
