White gold, shiny and with hints of bronze. The first smell is quite closed, subtle, light and slightly earthy - very fresh, showing off the minerality of the soil, white florals, stone fruit (peaches, nectarines, apricots etc) and subtleties of brioche.
Aromas of white peaches, light honey, crushed stones. Silky, medium-bodied and refined; a long, lightly spiced finish.
Pair with rich seafood or shellfish, roasted pork, and aged French cheeses.
