DESCRIPTION
There is an almost bracing character to the bright lemony fruit of this Narvaux. There are floral notes, a slight reduction and a hint of spice. The texture is fresh, but there is enough extract to balance the wine admirably and a firm mineral note on the lingering finish.
The grapes are lightly crushed and pressed before fermentation, with most of the lees on native yeasts in large, double-sized casks, 85% new. Ageing is for 12 months in cask and seven months in tank.
