DESCRIPTION
The Chardonnay grapes have fermented for no less than 2 months (the longest fermentation in Burgundy) and then mature in 70% used oak barrels and in 30% new oak. The Domaine Rémi Jobard Meursault Les Chevalières blows out of the glass with aromas of sweet citrus fruits, white peach, almond paste and oyster shells. On the palate, the Meursault is medium to full-bodied, layered and satiny, with excellent depth and the typical fine acidity typical of Remi Jobard wines.
