The paler colour of the two wines undergoing additional ageing, again with a light green streak. The bouquet is more about the fruit and less about the oak. High class and very stable. Stops eating sulphur after 18 months for the last year in barrel, Rémi informs me.
A certain toastiness at the back. Excellent acidity, a formidable wine with impressive weight, length, depth and definition. Look out for this.
