Mercouri Estate Foloi 2019

This is the main white wine of the estate. It is produced using (90%) red Roditis grapes from high elevation vineyards and (10%) Viognier grapes.

With a crystal-clear yellow-green colour and intense perfumes from the flowers of citrus fruits, green apples and light peaches, it goes well with fish and shellfish, white meats and meats with sweet or creamy sauces, pastas, cheeses (even Roquefort) and fruits.
