A lush and aromatic wine, Meadowcroft 2021 vintage of the Carneros Chardonnay is delightfully complex, with notes of melon and stone fruit framed by primary flavors of apple and lemon peel. Secondary suggestions of grilled bread cheese, mustard seed, pear, and white pepper follow. The finish is rich and extended, with hints of toasted marshmallows.
This wine will carry you through pairings for elegant entertaining, weeknight dinners, and everything in between. Seafood is always an easy pairing with this wine.
