This has a crystalline bouquet with shimmering black cherries and light cassis aromas, the underlying mineralité becoming more pronounced with aeration.
The palate is medium-bodied with sappy red berry fruit, fine acidity, taut and fresh with just the right undertow of spiciness on the finish. It just oozes class though it will require a cool damp cellar and a bit of patience.
