Trousseau with 15 days carbonic maceration, 6 months in old oak, under 20ppm sulfur total. Rich and delicious, there is a chewy depth with cocoa nib and black cherry notes, with a mineral structure to provide tension and lift. A tasty take on Trousseau with plenty of personality.
