• 100% Mavrotragano • Sourced from 10- to 60-year old vines • Fermented in a combination of tank and open-top wooden vats • Aged for 12 months in mostly-used 500L French oak barrels • Deep ruby red color. Expressive nose with an excellent balance between the red fruit and the barrel notes. Aromas of cherries and sour cherries stand out, complemented by those of tobacco, caramel and clove, with a delicate herbal character in the background. The mouth is full and exuberant leading to a long finish.
