The twentieth century witnessed the birth and consolidation of Mateus Rose, the Sogrape Vinhos flagship that truly conquered the world. The history of Mateus Rose goes back to 1942.
A powerful brand was born. Inside the iconic bottle was something different: a new, rose-colored, fresh, slightly sparkling, and very versatile wine.
The wine obtains its distinctive pink color while maintaining a soft and fruity style, by avoiding prolonged contact between the grape juice and its skin. With the recent release of new varieties, Mateus Rose has firmly established itself as a specialist brand of rose wines.

United Statesyour service and packaging was excellent. unfortunately my choice of wine was not. 50 years ago when I was a young pilot in the USAF I brought this home after an overseas deployment. It was great. I don't know what has happened since then, but it is now almost undrinkable. I will use your service again but it will be with a different wine. Thank you.
