DESCRIPTION
Matetic Corrailillo 2015 is a vibrant, medium-weight and dry Chardonnay from the San Antonio Valley in Chile. The grapes for this wine are sourced from vineyards located in the Rosario Valley, blessed with a marine-type climate and granitic soils with a high proportion of quartz and volcanic soils (Andisols).
A portion of the Chardonnay was fermented in stainless steel tank to retain freshness and mineral character. The balance of the wine juice was fermented in French oak barrels with fine lees stirring (batonnage). - Community Wine Reviews
