DESCRIPTION
It has a clean nose with floral aromas, hints of fennel, licorice and subtle oak; it spent a few months in well-seasoned barrels. With time it developed some sweet fruit, even syrup.
The palate is fresh and powerful, quite different to what you find in Penedès, with a very mineral character. This should evolve nicely and the mineral tones evolve into some petrol-like aromas
