Masseria Altemura Salento Fiano 2016 |
This Fiano was born inside the estate Masseria Altemura, owned by the Zonin family, from vineyards located in the beautiful Salento area of Agro di Torre Santa Susanna.
Produced exclusively with Fiano grapes, harvested when fully ripe, this wine undergoes a gentle crushing and the must is separated by lung presses. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperature and regulated between 18 ° C and 20 ° C.
Fiano di Altemura has an intense straw yellow color. The nose has a measured aromatic impact, with very delicate fruity tones. In the mouth it shows a good freshness, combined with a consistency of warm tones, characteristic of the vine.
Excellent with dishes based on fish or legumes.
Lemon and hay aromas carry delicate pollen and floral tones on the nose. Medium in weight and acidity, the palate is yellow-fruit driven, with a grapefruit zest vein of acidity.
