DESCRIPTION

On the nose, this ageing process is evident through the aromas of forest floor and Mediterranean woodland, but fresher notes of red fruit and minerality are also evident. The palate is intense and fresh, balanced with a silkiness that is characteristic.

Medium garnet with light rims. Some tertiary notes due to age— on nose, forest floor, mushroom, cherry and cherry skin, blueberry. On palate, medium minus tannins, medium plus acidity blueberry skin, dark cherry, licorice.
