Martin & Weyrich Moscato Allegro 2016 |
Martin & Weyrich’s Moscato Allegro is California’s premier Muscat Canelli based wine. It’s produced in the style of northern Italian Moscato d’Asti. Fermentation at an extremely cold temperature creates a wine which dances across the palate while retaining maximum fruit intensity.
Fresh and spicy, offering exotic floral and fruit aromas reminiscent of orange blossoms, honeyed apricots and peaches, our Moscato Allegro is an elegant wine with a crisp, lingering finish. Delicious as an aperitif or with light desserts, enjoy it with fresh fruit, sorbets or light pastries that aren’t too sweet.

Allegro wine
i first tried this wine in Las Vegas at the Pampas Steakhouse and Rodizio. I loved it and had 1 or 2 glasses that day. When we came back home to Milwaukee, I was pleasantly surprised and delighted to find out that it was sold at the Total Wine Liquor Store in Brookfield. However on my last visit to Total Wine, they said they did not carry it anymore , and I was very disappointed. This has been my favorite wine for the past 2 years. I recently found it online at the Wine Chateau and plan on joining everything they have to offer and buying the wine, if they ship it to Wisconsin. It's a fresh, sweet, crisp wine with a nice bouquet . Not too heavy or too light of a sweet wine. Pleases the palate for those wine connosiers who like to drink a sweeter wine. I really recommend it and if you really like il , as I do, email me at lorijscholl@gmail.com and we can compare notes. Enjoy!!
