This gives the grapes an acerbic quality that makes them ideal for producing Brut. The bouquet is delicate and lightly aromatic with an elegant complexity reminiscent of golden apples. With hints of wild flowers, the flavor is intense, dry and fresh. This wine has a fine and persistent perlage.(100% Glera). Made in the Metodo Italiano/Charmat Process, the still wine undergoes a secondary fermentation in stainless steel bulk tanks and is then bottled under pressure.
