Wonderfully perfumed and complex nose, followed by ripe red fruits and the acidity to balance.

Light ruby center with gentle gradation out to the rim. Red berry, plum, balsam, and much later only a hint of pine. More perfumed as it sat out. Soft, silky medium weight wine with fine acidic backbone and light residual tannin. Beautiful interplay of subtly sweet fruit, late spice, and the soil backdrop. Elegant and balanced in a way that predicts fantastic evolution over the next 10-15 years.
