The woody vanilla, although well perceptible in this juvenile phase, never compresses the sense of smell, but gives shape to the sticks of a wide fan embroidered with broom, artemisia, sweet citrus, kumquat, golden plum, winter melon, fresh hazel, turmeric, white pepper, honey health biscuit.

The palate develops full, fresh and elegant, almost creamy and perfectly calibrated in its various components, enclosed by iodized mineral accents, reflecting the particular geology of the terroirs of origin, the Theatine hills on the slopes of the Maiella and the Bucchianico of the gullies.
