IT'S ALL IN THE DETAILS
Marchesi di Barolo Barbaresco Serragrilli 2012
Refreshingly fruity and good taste of vanilla and Wood blended with strong tanins. A fullbodied Barbaresco. The Serragrilli Barbaresco from the big producer Marchesi di Barolo doesn't stick out from the crowd in the company of other (mostly) good 2012 bottlings.
A young barbaresco, got a sweet nose, tight tannin, spice fruity. If you wanna try an entry level barbaresco this would be a nice choice that in a reasonable price.
Smells deliciously and tastes even better. Medium to long aftertaste. Very elegant but still powerful and robust. If it costed little less, it would be my everyday house wine. Nice classic Barolo style. This one has a point of interest in its notes of vanilla.
