DESCRIPTION

Pale yellow and bright golden topaz reflections. Nose: envelopes jasmine and hawthorn, fresh with nice touches of citrus notes of pear, honey, lime and almond floral notes. Mouth: Fresh and tasty, a solid body. Final dominated by fruity notes. APPELLATION: Tuscany. VINEYARD: Vineyards located in the municipality of Magliano, in the province of Grosseto. GRAPES: Vermentino. AGEING: Aged for 4 months in steel and 1 month in bottle before being marketed. PREPARATION: 100% Vermentino grapes harvested in late September and fermented in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature of 20 °C for 11 days. A partial cold maceration.

Pair with fish dishes and seafood, pasta dishes, timbales and vegetables.
