This wine is made of 100% Xinomavro. Xinomavro, a red grape, is fermented without its skins to produce a blanc de noir, a white wine made from red grapes.

Lychee, ripe pineapple, and sweet lemon on the palate, with fresh, precise acid and limestone minerality to balance it out.
