Jack Lewens, noted sommelier from London, & winemaker Bruno de Conciliis have teamed up to produce Vigneti Tardis, a selection of 7 natural wines named after days of the week. Made with a hands-off approach in Cilento, Campania, Italy, we tasted Lunedi & discovered a rose that drinks like an orange.
This Primitivo spends 3 weeks macerating with Fiano skins – which gives it this orange like quality – the wine then undergoes spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts. A hard-to-get crowd pleaser, get it while you can.
