Luigi Bosca Gala 4 is a modern wine conceived on the basis of experience. Deep and bright ruby red coloured, with subtle and delicate aromas, ripe red fruit, spices and dried herb notes. It is smooth and balanced in the mouth, with firm tannins, and clean, fresh, juicy and gentle in the palate, with an elegant vegetal character and a persistent finish, when we can perceive its ageing in oak. It is a blend with typicity and good ageing potential.
Ideal to enjoy with special dishes such as loin with vegetable marinade, or a dry aged beef with rocket and parmesan salad.
