The grapes are sourced from biodynamic farms from the three distinct soils of Sancerre. The grapes are then aged in tanks for 12 months sur-lie providing weight texture and an overall complexity.

None of the bright mineralality is compromised by this, instead, it provides a platform for the tropical qualities to shine. Pear, green apple, green melon and stony minerality deliver a classic Sancerre, which in typical form, overdelivers.
