Lucien Muzard Meursault Les Meix Chavaux 2021

From a 75 hectares parcel in Meursault les Meix Chavaux, bordering Auxey-Duresses. Three equal parts were planted in 2001, 1988 and 1935. Soil is Very stony, cool terroir. but with some topsoil so easier to work.Organically farmed, soils are worked, green harvest, all fruit is hand-harvested.
Slow pressing, Indigenous yeast fermentation in tank.

Aged 11 months in 50% tank and 50% wood (30% new) then into tank on the lees for a couple of months before bottling.
