This wine’s perfumed fruit and rich, creamy lemon-curd flavors are buried inside the nutmeg and vanilla scents of oak. The wood spice brings out almond notes in the finish, the wine needing bottle age for the fruit to come forward.
This is the first vintage from a vineyard purchased by Louis Jadot. Its structure and touches of wood give it richness while never losing the fresh apple flavors and mineral texture.
