The wine is pristine, bright and fresh with high acidity and citrus and mineral aromas and flavors. One of the most famous dry white wines in the world, this is taut, mineral and crisp with fresh zesty acidity and a stony character making this the quintessential unoaked Chardonnay.
The Louis Jadot Chablis has a very nice golden yellow colour. It is a lipid, bright and fresh wine, and the taste and bouquet develop relatively quickly. It should be served chilled, and can be served with oysters, charcuterie and fried fish. It also goes very well with goats cheese.
Delicious with poultry, shellfish and lobster.
