IT'S ALL IN THE DETAILS

Golden yellow splendid and limpid, beautiful tears. Nose on sweetness and aromatic intensity, fragrant ripe william pear, peach and white flowers, with hints of white fruit with alcohol.

In the mouth, the fat is huge, captivating, like a liquor but with a very low sugar level. Beautiful vinosity, precise aromas. Long final. To drink as an aperitif on the fruit in the 3 years following the vintage.

The Wine-making
The vineyard: sustainable growing of the vineyard, spalling, green harvesting and hand-picking harvesting. Grape selection on the vine plants, gathered in 10 kg boxes. The wine warehouse: grapes selection on vibrating table, pressing, settling and then alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in barrels with lees stirring.

Growing
Barrels of 3 to 4 wines for 8 to 10 months depending on the vintage. Bottling without filtration in a single operation.

VISUAL APPEARANCE: Light gold color, clear.
OLFACTORY APPEARANCE: Aroma: apricot, Williams pear.
TASTE: Subtle in the mouth, with a fresh white fruit taste.
