Very bright cherry–pink color. Well-developed bubbles, constant and small in size. Fruity exuberant aroma dominated by a variety of forest fruits along with delicate tannins. An initially potent flavor with good structure and just the right degree of acidity that maintains a perfect balance throughout its prolonged lingering aftertaste.
The rose version of their entry-level cuvee is the 2015 Rose Brut Reserva, a Mediterranean blend of 60% Monastrell and 20% each Garnacha and Pinot Noir from a concentrated and low-yielding vintage matured in bottle sur lie for no less than 18 months. It’s a young and approachable, fresh rose with some seven grams of sugar. It’s quite pale, with aromas of preserved strawberries, a balanced palate and some bittersweet notes in the finish.
